Sarah Elvy, Director

With over 20 years’ experience, Sarah has worked for both private chartered surveying firms and public sector organisations. She has managed small independent retail units to large multi-let office buildings with shared common areas as well as industrial units, medical and veterinary practices. Sarah has also previous experience of managing residential shared ownership and leasehold properties as well as portfolio of market rent assured shorthold tenancies. Consequently, she understands the needs and specific requirements of a wide range of investors.

As well as her extensive experience Sarah has relevant accredited professional qualifications from the University College of Estate Management and has been an Associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2016.
